I found the hotel to be a mixture of positives and negatives. The rooms were tucked away down two long hallways, which could be challenging for those with mobility issues, but once inside, they were extremely well-maintained, comfortable, and equipped with an amazing bed and a well-stocked kitchen.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with a balcony offering a nice view of the bay. However, there were some issues with dirty sheets on the sofa bed that needed to be replaced. The service was very welcoming and kind, making my experience enjoyable. The location was incredibly convenient, just a 2-minute drive from the convention center, ideal for exploring downtown and attending conventions. On the downside, the dining options were limited, and the food quality could have been better.
My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. The rooms were equipped with excellent amenities like a full kitchen, but unfortunately, the noise from animals was a constant disturbance during our stay. The service provided was a mix of friendly and supportive staff, but there were instances of lack of knowledge about accessibility. The location was convenient and close to major areas, but there were safety concerns in certain nearby districts. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with a great selection but also occasional service issues. The facilities were sufficient for my needs.
